1. If Scott will not be lecturing on any of the concepts and will only be involved in the class "as we see fit," are there any rules for what we are or are not allowed to ask him to do/help us with?
Is it his expectation that we teach/guide the class ourselves as he has said that we need to "design a system for running the class and tackling the tasks."
2. What is the format of the midterm? When will we know the format?
3. Are there any rules as to how we accomplish the assigned tasks?
Do other people have questions that need to be addressed?

Who is on the "core committee" and which Deans will be at the presentation?
